Renee Mao’s Make-A-Wish spot recognized on Little Black Book

Greenpoint Pictures director Renee Mao and her spot “Wishes Need Stars Like You” for Make-A-Wish’s 40th Anniversary was featured on Little Black Book.

Make-A-Wish has proven time and time again that light can shine in even the darkest and most uncertain times. And Mao’s spot did just that.

With a crew of more than 200 people and the generosity of Disney, Lasso was filmed on the life-like neighborhood set of Golden Oak Ranch. Featuring VoiceOver from actor and WWE superstar John Cena, this eye-catching project recognizes a meaningful event in the story of this organization that has changed the lives of so many.
