Both a decorated writer and director, Chelsea Lupkin has taken her talents to Greenpoint. Creating shorts up for selection at film festivals such as Fantasia and Beyond Fest and serving on festival juries as well, Lupkin has established herself as a pivotal figure in the indie film community.
